-Flap is made with new intralase technology. microscopic bubbles created at a certain depth into the cornea which is then easily pealed back.
-Then the flap is flipped back and cleaned.
-Next comes the laser correction followed by another cleaning and the flap is flipped back on.

I would be very, very careful in going to a CRSQA lying lasik doctor that is tied to a Glenn Hagele of USAEyes (dot) info. Be very careful of CRSQA doctors and their lead generation. you’re awake the whole time. they give you valume (a muscle relaxer) before hand to calm your nerves if you let them know you’re nervous. they then put numbing drops in your eye. all you feel is a little pressure for a second while they are prepping the eye
im not getting this done to me, but i got some questions. do they keep you awake durring this??? or do they just put some kind of anesthetic in you so that you dont feel nething???
im getting it done on halloween lol. how long does it take? im worried about needing to blink lots just looking at it.

yea, they put a little suction donut thingy on there and hold it still… your eyes still can move a little bit thouhg, but the machine that was used on me had an eye movement tracking system where it doesnt matter if you moved your eye.
Is your eye held locked in place because i know my eye would go all over the place with stuff getting that close.

I’m getting it done tomorrow. I’m glad I saw this one so I know what to expect with all that tugging…. The other I’ve seen all used the blade. well, at least I don’t have to worry about button hole cuts or the blade getting stuck and causing a mark. Cross your fingers for me!
